I started weightlifting at 15—no real knowledge, just a drive to push myself. Over time, it became more than a workout. It helped me work through anxiety, depression, and addiction. It taught me resilience and discipline that carried into every area of my life.
After losing my father, I took a leap of faith and followed my passion into a career in fitness. I'd never felt like I truly fit in anywhere, and I knew I was meant for something more. That's when I started Eccentric Iron Fitness.
It's still early days, but the entrepreneurial journey—along with dedication and persistent hard work—has led me down a path I'm grateful for.
The vision for Eccentric Iron is bigger than a gym. I want to build a space that's not just about health and fitness, but a real place to grow and develop alongside like-minded people. A place where we teach more than just training—and eventually share what I've learned as a business owner to help others grow too.

The $100 starter session includes a full training session and a FREE personalized workout plan. It's the perfect way to experience our training style before committing to a package. If you decide to purchase a month of training, the $100 will be credited towards your upgrade.
How does the Transform package work?
Transform is our premium 1-on-1 training package at $900/month. You'll train 3x per week in person, receive custom nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging support. Limited to 5 spots for maximum attention.
What's the difference between Transform and Connect?
Transform ($900/mo) is in-person training 3x/week with nutrition coaching. Connect ($200/mo) is online group coaching with weekly 1-on-1 check-ins, group calls, custom workouts, and nutrition guidance - perfect for remote clients or those wanting a more affordable option.
Where are you located?
We're based in Maple Ridge, BC at Olympians Gym, serving clients throughout Pitt Meadows, Mission, and the Fraser Valley. Our online coaching is available anywhere in the world.
